relaxation, healing and self-care. You will be fully immersed in beautiful sounds, vibrations, and frequencies produced through gongs, crystal singing bowls, and other soothing instruments. Feel comfort as you are lead on a guided meditation while the various sounds and vibrations wash over your body releasing any energy blocks that may be preventing you from connecting within.
This will take place under the pavilion as weather permits.
